Relay For Life

The Relay For Life is an annual event to raise money for cancer research as well as raising cancer awareness. Individuals join teams to raise money for cancer before the event to try to reach their teams goal. Each individual on a team that accomplishes this receives an award. Aside from raising money before the event, teams have small fundraisers at the event and display information about cancer to heighten the awareness of others.

This event is not only rewarding in that you raise money for cancer and awareness of cancer, but the many small fundraisers at the event that the different teams have are also a lot of fun, and there are also many fun events at the relay that make it worth while aswell.
