New CALTRANS employee needing place in Sacramento ASAP

Hi there,I will be starting work at CalTrans' office on N Street in downtown Sacramento and would like to find a place ASAP.I have a light load now, as I just came down from Arcata, and can get by, but once we connect, I'd be going back soon to get my other stuff.Me: 43, single, don't have any kids, don't have any pets, don't smoke, and am a light/social drinker. Hi there,

I am starting work at CalTrans' office on N Street in downtown Sacramento and would like to find a place ASAP.

Me: 43, single, don't have any kids, don't have any pets, don't smoke, and am a light/social drinker. I do not drive/have a car, so being near transit would be nice but I have ridden my bike to work daily as well. Am respectful of boundaries. Am clean, environmentally oriented, like cooking, responsible, reliable with rent. Am helpful around the house if needbe. Can take care of pets and/or kids as well.

I am generally quiet, (though like to play music from time to time), watch a classic movie or a ball game with a good meal. While I have been around parts of Sacramento before I wouldn't mind getting out more on weekends to see more of Sacramento and other areas.
